SITE INSPECTION

Site inspections includes measuring, examining, testing, or gauging one or more characteristics of a product or process and comparing the results with specified requirements to determine whether the requirements are met for each characteristic. The inspections are also performed to maintain standards and project requirements in accordance to client’s requirement. The primary purpose of the inspection is to determine whether management with executive responsibility by the client confirming that an adequate and effective quality system has been established and undertaken by Gema Antara Sdn Bhd

SERVICING WORK

Servicing activities include maintaining functional checks, refurbishing, repairing or replacement of necessary devices, equipment, machinery. It also includes providing general support and services in power plants and oil & gas industries. Gema Antara Sdn Bhd does provide OEM specialist consultations in resolving any technical issues based on client’s request.

WAREHOUSE MANAGEMENT

Gema Antara Sdn Bhd is highly experienced in managing warehouses in major projects such as RAPID Pengerang. The management includes inventory maintenance as well as logistic services. The process includes collection of tools, refining techniques and strategies for ordering inventory or stocks, storing, tracking and delivering of goods.

MANPOWER SUPPLY (SKILLED AND NON SKILLED)

Gema Antara Sdn Bhd is well known for supplying skilled and non-skilled workers in Rapid Pengerang Project. More than 200 workers were screened and supplied to the project and the workers consisted of various positions and skills as per Petronas requirements incompliance with the National Safety Regulations (JKKP). Gema Antara Sdn Bhd is an excellent manpower supplier with good track record by achieving a total of 800,000 Safe Man Hours Without Lost Time Injuries (LTI).

SALES OF M&E EQUIPMENTS

Gema Antara Sdn Bhd has an experienced and knowledgeable sales & procurement team to understand customers requirements in providing sales support by recommending improved materials or machineries according to system requirements.
